From Bangladesh, Aoishwariya is an external member with more than 16 years of human resources leadership experience within BRAC and BRAC International. Rising from a Young Professional to Associate Director of Human Resources, she has shaped HR strategy across microfinance, social enterprise, and NGO entities operating in Asia and Africa. She has led initiatives in organisational development, talent management, change management, and women’s leadership development, introducing global HR policies, digital systems, and succession frameworks. Aoishwariya brings senior executive experience, governance expertise, and cross-cultural leadership, with a strong track record of aligning HR strategy with organisational mission. She has recently moved to the Netherlands for a temporary period to complete studies.
