Based in Nepal, Barsha is a graduate student of Chemistry at Tribhuvan University in Nepal and an active youth leader. An internal member, Barsha is founder of the Shreenagar Science Club and Palpa UNESCO Society and serves with the Chemistry Students Association of Nepal and the National Federation of UNESCO Clubs. Since 2019, Barsha has worked with the Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) as a peer educator, youth volunteer, and now as a member of its Nominations and Governance Committee. She also supports IPPF–Global Youth Connect as a grants management team member. With experience as an enumerator for Nepal’s national censuses, she brings governance committee experience, advocacy skills, and youth engagement expertise.
