An external member, Yvonne is a development practitioner with over 20 years of leadership experience in governance, policy advocacy, and strategy across Zambia and the southern African region. She is Country Representative and Business Development Lead for Oxfam Zambia, guiding strategy, partnerships, and resource mobilisation. Previously, she held senior roles within Oxfam, CAFOD, and civil society organisations, leading governance and anti-corruption initiatives. Yvonne has served as Vice Chairperson of the African Union Advisory Board Against Corruption, Vice Chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Zambia, and Treasurer for the Centre for Trade Policy and Development. She brings expertise in financial oversight, risk management, and senior executive leadership.
