Fédération Laïque de Centres de Planning Familial
The Fédération Francophone Belge pour le Planning Familial et l'Education Sexuelle serves Belgium's Wallonian community. It runs 42 centres, where it conducts training in family planning for health personnel, and an information and documentation centre. The organisation is prominent in the promotion of women’s sexual and reproductive health rights, and has organized a solidarity campaign for Algerian migrant women. Sensoa
Sensoa serves Belgium’s Flemish community. It is the official government partner in the Flemish region with regard to SRH promotion. The organisation was created in 2003 from the merger of several HIV and AIDS organizations and the region’s family planning association (CGSO). Its work includes information, education and communication (IEC) activities carried out through the mass media, brochures, exhibitions, posters, manuals and training packages, targeted at youth, young adults, men who have sex with men, and people living with HIV and AIDS. Sensoa also runs a training centre, an online shop and a counselling service for people living with HIV and AIDS. Additionally, the organisation has an international programme which is primarily involved in advocacy for sexual and reproductive health and rights and HIV and AIDS in Belgium’s international development cooperation, and on associated capacity building. Albanian Center for Population and Development
The Albanian Center for Population and Development runs family planning clinics in Tirana and Lezha, and has branches in 6 districts of the country. The organization trains health personnel in reproductive health, post-delivery contraception and safe abortion techniques. FPAA also trains pharmacists and sex educators, and runs information, education and communication (IEC) programmes and activities in conjunction what the Albanian Foundation for Civil Society. The IEC work focuses on sensitising the general public to family planning issues and techniques. There’s also a strong strand devoted to educating young people. FPAA has significant influence with government officials and policy makers working in the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) sector, and has played a major role in drafting the country’s reproductive health legislation. The association also allies itself closely with women’s non-governmental organizations (NGOs) advocating for the delivery of improved services.

Österreichische Gesellschaft für Familienplanung - Austria
The Austrian Family Planning Association (Österreichische Gesellschaft für Familienplanung/OGF) runs 7 help desks in public clinics in Vienna. Two of them are specialized on young people. The Member Association focuses on fertility regulation services – mainly for people with low or no income, young people, migrants and people with disabilities. The organization further operates an online confidential counselling service and the mobile team offers CSE workshops in schools and youth facilities. OGF also offers adult education in SRHR and has for many years produced a 'contraceptive case' and other information materials for the use of physicians, teachers and counsellors. Association XY
Association XY is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable organization which works to improve sexual and reproductive health (SRH) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its main clinic promotes equal access to SRH information, education and services, and it advocates at government level for the adoption of improved SRH policies. Through widespread information programmes, it raises public awareness of family planning and SRH rights. Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association
The Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association (BFPA) focuses on advocacy, and on information and education activities for the whole community, but with a particular emphasis on young people. The organization runs comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care clinics in Sofia and other cities. The clinics function as training centres for health personnel and social workers. BFPA is working in close partnership with the government on a project designed to extend these facilities to other parts of the country. Sex education sessions for 14-19 year-olds, and training courses for teachers are key parts of BFPA’s activity, as is peer counselling. Programmes have been adapted to reach marginalized young people, particularly in the Roma community. Cyprus Family Planning Association
The Cyprus Family Planning Association (CFPA) was founded in 1971 and became an IPPF Member Association in 1972. It runs a family planning clinic in Nicosia, providing a range of services, including HIV and AIDS testing. The facility draws on the help of a number of volunteer gynaecologists. Hundreds of young people provide peer group counselling, and also run a telephone helpline and workshops on sex education and sexuality awareness on a voluntary basis. The Member Association has been highly active in advocating changes to abortion law, and has played a central role in the drive to decriminalize homosexuality. CFPA works with civil and non-governmental networks and committees involved in the promotion of women’s rights, youth opportunities, volunteerism and development, and in the formulation of approaches to change attitudes to, and legislation covering HIV and AIDS and violence in the family. Sex & Samfund - The Danish Family Planning Association
Sex & Samfund is a longstanding proponent of quality sex education. Based in Denmark, It works to promote family planning, sexual well-being, and sexual knowledge as an integral part of personal and social life. Above all, it sees sexual and reproductive health (SRH) as a fundamental human right. The organization is recognized by the government as a partner in issues related to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Eesti Seksuaaltervise Liit / Estonian Sexual Health Association
As Estonia’s leading advocate of family planning and sexual and reproductive health (SRH), the Estonian Sexual Health Association has chosen to focus particularly on sex education for young people. The Estonian Sexual Health Association has played a central role in designing the school curriculum on the subject. It is working in conjunction with IPPF Member Associations in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden to adapt, adopt and translate printed and video material, and to produce full education packs. Mouvement Français pour le Planning Familial
The Mouvement Français pour le Planning Familial (MFPF) runs 40 clinics in France and delivers services to over 350,000 people annually. Half of its clients are under the age of 20. MFPF provides counselling on a range of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) problems, including physically and emotionally traumatic incidences of rape, marital violence and female genital mutilation. It runs training courses and produces material for health personnel covering a whole range of SRH issues. MFPF is lobbying for improved administrative procedures with regard to the abortion law (to cut down on delays), it provides support to young girls denied parental authorization for abortion, and it has been highly active in challenging opposition to fertility regulation. MFPF is a leading member of the High Council for Information on Sex, a national umbrella entity for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) working in the broad field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). It has also conducted solidarity campaigns with immigrant women, and with sexual and reproductive health organizations in other European countries (such as Bosnia and Poland) where women's sexual and reproductive rights are violated.
